Told me to draw Luigi eating a cookie with a big fluffy tail, It did not look right when I just did the tail, so I made him all fluffy if thats okay

I spent like 3 hours on this, I had 2 hours on it last night, I got sleepy so I went to bed... And I did another hourt to complete this :3 and no background because I am lazy like that
